Concept to finished part — all under one roof.
Erik Lutz Enterprise runs a fully equipped, vertically integrated fabrication shop. Digital design, 3D printing and scanning, CNC machining, plasma and laser cutting, press-brake forming, TIG/MIG/laser welding, and finishing all happen in our own facility — so we control quality, speed, and cost end to end.
The advantage of a vertically integrated manufacturer
Most shops our size send work out — machining to one vendor, welding to another, finishing to a third. Every handoff adds lead time, cost, and a place for quality to slip. We do every step ourselves, so your project never leaves our control.
Faster iteration
Print a prototype in the morning, machine the production part the same week. No waiting on outside vendors between every revision.
Single point of accountability
One team owns the entire build. No finger-pointing between suppliers when something needs to be right — you call us, and we fix it.
Quality controlled end to end
Tolerances, materials, and weld quality are held to one standard from raw stock to finished assembly, because the same shop touches every step.
Shorter, more reliable lead times
Eliminating vendor queues and shipping between steps compresses schedules and makes delivery dates we can actually commit to.
Cost control without markup stacking
Every outsourced step carries another shop's margin. Keeping work in house removes those layers and keeps budgets predictable.
Your design stays confidential
Proprietary parts and tooling never leave the building. Fewer hands on your intellectual property means less exposure.
